Aboca Colilen IBS is a Class IIb medical device specifically designed for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Benefits: Colilen IBS capsules work thanks to ActiMucin , a patented molecular complex (IT Patent No. 102012902020829) composed of resins, polysaccharides and polyphenols. Through a physical and mechanical mechanism, ActiMucin interacts with the surface of the intestinal mucosa and forms a protective film that helps shield it from contact with irritating substances. Thanks to this protective action, it gradually reduces intestinal discomfort. Depending on the intensity of the symptoms, treatment may be continued for 2 to 6 weeks and repeated in the event of recurrence, starting from the first symptoms. It is indicated for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome characterised by abdominal pain, bloating, distension and discomfort, with or without changes in stool consistency and irregular bowel function, including constipation, diarrhoea or an alternation of both. Colilen IBS may also be used alongside other symptomatic treatments during acute phases of the condition. Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules three times daily, before or between meals. Warnings and precautions: Suitable for adults and children aged 8 years and over. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
