Easy, fast and safe for a bright smile. Teeth with Yotuel whitening toothpaste for 3 minutes. Bring water to boil and pour into a cup. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute. Hold mouth tray vertically and place into the water for 5 seconds. Remove from cup and shake off excess water. The mouth tray will become more transparent and smaller. Place mouth tray into mouth. Remove mouth tray from mouth and wash under cold running water. Place a fine layer of the Yotuel whitening gel on the inside front of the mouth tray. Place mouth tray into mouth so the whitening gel is in contact with the teeth. Leave the mouth tray in place for 1 hour. One hour per day for 7 days.
