USAGE:
Apply the gel on baby’s tender bally. Gently touch your palm and move it downwards 5-6 times. Hold for a few seconds the knees bent to baby's chest to relief any gases. Continue with gentle circular clockwise massage. Repeat the above steps as many times as needed.

| The cold soles enhance the likelihood of abdominal pain. Gentle massage id recommended on soles as well.
